Please review your order upon receiving it– if you should find a defect or mistake with order let us know as soon as possible. We will send a you free replacement disc immediately if your disc is defective, or if the defect cannot be fixed, we will issue a credit or refund.
Quality of course varies from title to title depending on the age & rarity of the film, where the source print originated from, and the technology of the time the original master was made.
Many titles in the collection are old, low-budget "B" grade films and very rare, so quality variations are naturally inevitable.
IF A REFUND IS NECESSARY:
We will issue a credit if possible, if not we will issue a refund check or moneyorder to you for the refund amount. If your purchase was made by credit card– a credit will be issued to your credit card. For cash and moneyorder payments, a refund check or moneyorder will issued. All refunds will be mailed within 2-3 weeks.
